Greek Style Baked Pork Chops

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat oven to 400*f/200*c
  2. Coat pork chops in seasoned flour and brown in 1 cup of olive oil
  3. Chop red peppers, zest and juice the lemon, add oregano & remaining olive oil, grate garlic and mix well together
  4. Place on top of browned pork chops and bake covered for 20 minutes
  5. When pork chops are ready, remove from oven, sprinkle with crumbled feta and pitted Kalamata olives
  6. Bake uncovered for another 20 minutes


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 4 servings
  • Serve with salad, rice, potatoes or pasta
  • Can be made ahead and baked for service
