White Wine Roasted Lamb & Potatoes

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat oven to 400*f/200*c
  2. Cut potatoes into quarters and place in roasting pan
  3. Season to taste and add olive oil, wine, water and oregano
  4. Place lamb in pan and mix lamb and potatoes until evenly coated
  5. Roast uncovered for 1-1/2 to 2 hours


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 4-6 servings
  • Turn lamb over once about half way through cooking
  • Serve with Greek horiatiki salad, feta and crusty bread
  • Apple juice or more water can be substituted for the wine
