In this case, it’s an #Israeli #recipe for #shishkebab known as #shishlik 🙏🏼❤️🙌 The meat of this masterpiece was so melt-in-your-mouth #delicious because of a new technique that I just learned. The lamb was marinated for one hour in just chopped onion. The real kicker here is after that, it was marinated in white vinegar for 5-6 hours.
