Greek-Style Fried Smelts With Broccolini

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat veg. oil to 360* f
  2. Distribute  flour on a flat plate and dredge smelts
  3. Once oil temp. is ready, gradually fry the smelts in smaller batches without crowding the pan
  4. Once fish are finished frying, place on paper towel to drain excess oil and season
  5. If serving with broccolini or any other greens, simply prepare as per usual


Notes & Tips:
  • Serve with fresh lemon juice
  • For best results use all purpose flour for dredging
