  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat olive oil in large skillet
  2. Grate zucchini, drizzle with coarse salt to remove moisture and set aside to drain
  3. After 10 minutes squeeze excess water out of grated zucchini and place in a large mixing bowl
  4. Finely chop onions and add to bowl along with the remaining ingredients
  5. Mix well to combine
  6. With a tablespoon, pour zucchini batter carefully into hot oil and spread slightly
  7. Fry on both sides until golden brown
  8. Place in paper towel lined plate immediately after frying
