Artisanal Greek Flatbread | 2-Ways

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat flat skillet
  2. In a food processor or large mixing bowl add the flour, salt and olive oil
  3. Begin mixing using 1/2 cup of water 
  4. If dough is too dry, gradually add water until dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl
  5. Add feta and mix well
  6. Remove dough from mixing bowl and kneed lightly on a floured surface
  7. Divide dough in 2 equal parts
  8. Add the pitted olives into 1/2 the dough and mix
  9. Cut dough into small pieces and roll out into 6" rounds
  10. Dry fry on medium-high heat until lightly browned on both sides 


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 8-10 flat breads
  • Drizzle with Greek extra virgin olive oil & sprinkle with Greek oregano
  • Can easily be frozen
