Four Ingredients Roast Leg of Lamb

Ingredients List:
- Leg of Lamb (bone-in)
- 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. paprika (sweet, smoked or spicy)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 400*f / 200*c
- Place leg of lamb in parchment lined roasting pan
- Drizzle half the olive oil, paprika, onion powder and salt & pepper on 1 side
- Turn leg over and repeat step 3
- Roast on middle rack of oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until desired doneness

Notes & Tips:
- Allow to rest for 20-30 minutes
- Serve with steamed veggies, rice, potatoes and/or salad
- Cook for 1-1/2 hours for blushing pink, 2 hours for well done Greek-style
