I love to cook and I certainly love to eat. I'm self trained and absolutely love sharing my recipes and Greek traditions with friends, family or anybody else that appreciates a great meal from an average guy. From simple appetizers and meze to full coarse menus, I'll show you how easy it can be to recreate those exact same meals in your own kitchen. What I love most is traditional Greek food. But here’s the thing, there's way more to Greek cuisine than souvlaki or moussaka. Here I'll show you simple and delicious dishes inspired by traditional Greek recipes and so much more and all with a whole new level of easy! 
I also produce my very own organic extra virgin olive oil from our family groves in Messinia, Greece. Gargaliani to be exact. I travel to Greece several times a year to personally oversee the entire process from start to harvest and pressing each year. My olive oil is only first cold pressed, unfiltered only and of the highest quality possible. I do not offer it in mainstream grocery chains. This is very limited stock on a first come, first serve basis. It is meant to be enjoyed in salads, dressings or marinades but can also be used to roast and bake. Try it today, love it forever....
