Bacon Wrapped Feta Jalapeno Poppers

  Ingredients List:

  • 18 jalapeno peppers
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 18 slices of bacon
  • Pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400*f/200*c
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, feta and pepper
  3. Mix well to combine
  4. Half and core the jalapenos
  5. Cut the bacon slices in half
  6. Fill jalapeno boats with cheese filling and wrap with bacon
  7. Place on baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes or until bacon is cooked

 

Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 36 poppers
  • After baking, allow to sit for 20 minutes before serving
  • Can easily be frozen
