Blonde Hilopites | Greek Hilopites Wthout Tomato

Method:
- In a sauce pan, chop onion and garlic and saute until translucent but NOT brown
- Season to taste
- Add hilopites and water and bring to a rolling boil
- Cook hilopites until done (about 4-5 minutes)
- Remove from heat, add the juice of 1/2 a lemon and stir well

- Makes 4 servings
- Serve with grated mizithra cheese
- Recipe can be doubled, tripled....
- Can be frozen
