Caviar Devilled Eggs

  Ingredients List:

  • 6 hardboiled and peeled eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tsp. caviar / roe / tarama
  • 4 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Cut eggs in half and placed the hardboiled yolks into a mixing bowl
  2. Set hollowed out egg whites aside
  3. Finely chop onions and add to yolks
  4. Add olive oil and 2 tsp. caviar to bowl and mix all ingredients well to thoroughly combine
  5. With a piping bag or spoon fill each egg half with yolk mixture
  6. Garnish with either green onion or small  dollop of caviar


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 12 devilled egg halves
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving
  • Recipe can be multiplied
  • Caviar amount can be adjusted to taste
  • Do not add any additional salt
