Drunken Pork Chops | Quick & Easy One Pan Pork Chop Recipe

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400*f/200*c
  2. In an oven safe pan. brown pork chops on both sides  in olive oil
  3. Add garlic cloves whole and unpeeled
  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 the oregano
  5. Chop potatoes into 1" pieces
  6. Move pork chops to one side of pan and add potatoes
  7. Chop beans and add over the potatoes
  8. Add wine and simmer for 3 minutes until alcohol burns off
  9. Pour crushed tomatoes over pork chops, sprinkle with remaining oregano and season to taste
  10. Bake in oven for about 15-20 minutes until chops are cooked through and potatoes are fork tender

 

Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 4 servings
  • Wine can be substituted for apple juice for non-alcoholic option
  • Serve with a Greek side salad
  • Recipe can be doubled, tripled or halved
