Easy Feta Crusted Pork Loin

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayo, olive oil, Dijon and crumbled feta and mix well to combine
  3. Place pork tenderloin filets into feta marinade and cover well
  4. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes

  • Makes 4-6 servings
  • Serve with Greek salad, veggies, rice or potatoes
