Ingredients List:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cinnamon stick (1/2 tsp.)
- 2 cloves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 12 tart shells
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp. butter

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350*f
- In a small sauce pan combine first 5 ingredients, bring to a rolling boil, simmer for 5 minutes and set aside to cool
- In a food processor combine walnuts, almonds, ground cinnamon and sugar and pulse to semi-fine consistency
- Fill tarts with about 2 tbsp. nut filling each
- Place a small tab of butter on each nut filled tart
- Bake for approx. 25 minutes on middle oven rack
- Drizzle tarts with syrup immediately after baking
