Ingredients List:
- 3-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 whole cloves
- 1 lb. kataifi phyllo
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350*f/160*c
- In a saucepan, add 3 cups sugar, water, cinnamon stick, honey and cloves.
- Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes and then set aside
- Divide kataifi phyllo into 2 equal parts
- In a 9"x13" baking pan, spread 1/2 the shredded phyllo evenly
- In a food processor, add walnuts, almonds, remaining sugar and 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon and process until coarse
- Evenly pour over and spread on kataifi phyllo in baking pan
- Spread the other 1/2 of the kataifi phyllo over the chopped nut misture
- Score kataifi into desired pieces
- Drizzle over the melted butter and bake at 350*f for 1 hour or until top is golden brown
- Immediately pour over cooled syrup
