Spicy Hummus


Ingredients List:

  • 2 cups cooked chick peas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. In a food processor combine all ingredients
  2. Blend to emulsify adding olive oil slowly

Notes & Tips:
  • Refrigerate for approx. half an hour before serving
  • Add water to loosen consistency 
  • Garnish with olive oil, paprika or whole spices
  • Serve with pita bread, veggies or crackers
  • Recipe can be doubled or more according to amount needed
