Freaky With Tzatziki Potato Salad

  Ingredients List:

  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 2 cups strained Greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp. fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Peel and cut up potatoes into bite sized pieces
  2. Boil potato pieces until fork tender
  3. Drain potatoes and set aside
  4. In a bowl, combine yogurt, chopped dill, minced garlic, olive oil  and mix well
  5. Add potatoes to tzatziki mix and stir well to evenly coat and combine


Notes & Tips:
  • Can be served hot or chilled
  • Recipe can be halved, doubled or tripled
  • Great make-ahead recipe
