Greek Riganada | Classic Summer Snack In Greece


  Ingredients List:



  1. Slice bread into 3/4" slices
  2. Drizzle with a little water to soften
  3. Grate tomatoes over bread
  4. Sprinkle with oregano
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Crumble feta over grated tomato and garnish with the olives


Notes & Tips:
  • Make as many slices as needed
  • You can also toast the bread instead of soaking if stale
  • Add chili flakes for added spice
