Greek Deviled Eggs
Ingredients List:
- 12 hard boiled and peeled eggs
- 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 30g feta cheese
- Paprika for garnish
- Sliced large pimento olives
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Hard boil and peel 12 large eggs
- Slice eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks and place in bowl or food processor
- Add feta to yolks and 1/2 the olive oil
- Combine ingredients in bowl or food processor slowly adding olive oil until desired consistency
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a piping bag or plastic bag (like in the video)
- Lightly sprinkle with paprika
- Garnish with pimento olive slices
Notes & Tips:
- Consistency of yolk mixture should be similar to peanut butter
- Spice to desired amount
- Easy on the salt as feta is pretty salty already
- Serve chilled
