Greek-Style Stuffed Meatloaf

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350*f/160*c
- Finely chop onion, parsley & mint
- In a large mixing bowl add ground beef with all ingredients
- Crack in egg
- Mix well to combine
- On a parchment lined baking sheet place meat mixture and form into loaf
- Make trench in the centre lengthwise (see video)
- Place feta inside meatloaf and close over to completely cover cheese
- Bake @ 350* for 1 hour or until desired doneness

Notes & Tips:
- Makes 6-8 servings
- Chili flakes are optional
- Serve with Greek salad
- Feta can be substituted for melting cheese of choice
