Greek-Style Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients List:
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil (for frying)
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. dried mint
- Bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp. dried Greek oregano
- 4 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour (for dredging)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
- Pre-heat oil in frying pan to 360*f
- In a bowl place ground turkey and set aside
- In a food processor combine very finely chop onion, garlic, parsley, dried herbs and 4 tbsp. olive oil
- Add mixture and egg to ground turkey and hand mix well
- Form into small balls (1-1/4") and dredge in flour
- Slowly place each meatball in frying oil and cook until nicely browned (turning occasionally)
- Place each meatball on paper towel lined plate

Notes & Tips:
- Add water after mixing ground turkey for added moistness
- Serve with tzatziki, veggie sticks or french fries
