Greek Whipped Feta Cheese Spread
Ingredients List:
- 250g cream cheese
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup strained Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and optional sriracha
- Mix at medium speed for about 3 minutes or until thoroughly combined
- Fold in chopped dill with spatula and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours
Notes & Tips:
- Serve cold
- Serve with crackers, chips or veggies
