Greeked-Up Mashed Potatoes | 4 Ingredient Recipe Ready In Under 30 Minutes

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes, chop  into 1" pieces and boil until soft
  2. Drain and mash the potatoes
  3. Add grated gruyere cheese and crumbled feta into potatoes
  4. Add milk or cream (optional - see tips)
  5. Season to taste
  6. Continue mashing until potatoes are smooth & creamy

Notes & Tips:
  • Depending on the moisture content of the cheeses used, if mashed  potatoes are too dry, then add milk or cream
  • Can be baked @ 425*f until lightly browned on top
  • Garnish with dill
