Method:
- Peel potatoes, chop into 1" pieces and boil until soft
- Drain and mash the potatoes
- Add grated gruyere cheese and crumbled feta into potatoes
- Add milk or cream (optional - see tips)
- Season to taste
- Continue mashing until potatoes are smooth & creamy

Notes & Tips:
- Depending on the moisture content of the cheeses used, if mashed potatoes are too dry, then add milk or cream
- Can be baked @ 425*f until lightly browned on top
- Garnish with dill
