Honey Glazed Pork Chops With Greek Style Lemon Potatoes

  Ingredients List:

  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • Water as needed
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 1 lemon
  • Bunch of asparagus
  • 1/2 tsp. dried Greek oregano
  • 1/3 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Set oven to broil
  2. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in 1/2 cup olive oil and season with salt, pepper, rosemary and allspice
  3. Once browned, set aside pork chops
  4. Chop potatoes into 1" cubes and place in same pan as pork chops
  5. Add enough water to cover potatoes and cook until water has completely evaporated (about 10 minutes)
  6. Make space in pan and place pork chops in the centre
  7. Season potatoes with lemon juice, olive oil and oregano
  8. Drizzle pork chops with balsamic vinegar and honey
  9. Add asparagus evenly  over entire pan
  10. Broil for about 10 minutes or until browned on top
