Artisanal Greek Flatbread | 2-Ways

Method:
- Pre-heat flat skillet
- In a food processor or large mixing bowl add the flour, salt and olive oil
- Begin mixing using 1/2 cup of water
- If dough is too dry, gradually add water until dough no longer sticks to the side of the bowl
- Add feta and mix well
- Remove dough from mixing bowl and kneed lightly on a floured surface
- Divide dough in 2 equal parts
- Add the pitted olives into 1/2 the dough and mix
- Cut dough into small pieces and roll out into 6" rounds
- Dry fry on medium-high heat until lightly browned on both sides

Notes & Tips:
- Makes 8-10 flat breads
- Drizzle with Greek extra virgin olive oil & sprinkle with Greek oregano
- Can easily be frozen
