Greek Coleslaw Recipe

  Ingredients List:

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonaise
  • 80g feta cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried Greek oregano
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Grate cabbage, onion and carrot and place in a bowl
  2. In another bowl, combine mayo, olive oil, vinegar, oregano and mix well
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well
  4. Crumble feta  over salad

 

Notes & Tips:
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving
  • Allow to rest in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving
