Kritharoto | Greek's Answer To Risotto


  Ingredients List:



  1. In a pot, saute chopped onion in olive oil
  2. Once onion has become translucent, add orzo and lightly cook in sautéing onions
  3. Slowly start adding water stirring almost constantly
  4. Once orzo becomes creamy and water has been absorbed, slowly add kefalotyri and stir to mix well until creamy

  • Serve immediately
  • Makes 4-6 servings
