Greek Style Marinated Chicken with Olives & Tomatoes

Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
- In a large bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, oregano, seasoning and stir to combine
- Add chicken thighs to marinade and mix well to completely and evenly coat
- Place chicken thighs in pan and bake for 20 minutes
- Remove chicken from oven and add chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta & olives
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake uncovered for another 45 minutes

- Makes 4-6 servings
- Garnish with parsley or green onions
- Serve with rice, Greek Salad & crusty bread
- Any cut of chicken will work
