Mussels El Greco

  Ingredients List:

  • 5 lbs. mussels
  • 3 green onions
  • Bunch of dill
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup ouzo
  • Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Place mussels in a large stock pot
  2. Chop green onions into 1/2" pieces and add to pot
  3. Chop dill and add to pot
  4. Add garlic cloves to pot and add ouzo
  5. Cover, bring to a boil  and cook for 3-6 minutes or until mussels open
  6. Serve immediately

 

Notes & Tips:
  • Serve with fresh Greek bread
  • Serve immediately
  • Garnish with parsley
