My Goto 15 Minute Spaghetti

Method:
- Cook spaghetti to desired doneness
- While spaghetti is cooking, finely chop garlic and saute in olive oil
- After 5 minutes, add crushed tomatoes and basil
- Transfer spaghetti into sauce and stir well
- Add 1-2 cups of the pasta water and continue to mix well
- Add grated mizithra cheese and serve

Notes & Tips:
- Makes 4-6 servings
- Serve with a Greek village salad (horiatiki)
- Can be frozen
- Substitute any pasta of choice
- Use parmesan or any other hard, sharp cheese
