My Goto 15 Minute Spaghetti


  Ingredients List:



  1. Cook spaghetti to desired doneness
  2. While spaghetti is cooking, finely chop garlic and saute in olive oil
  3. After 5 minutes, add crushed tomatoes and basil
  4. Transfer spaghetti into sauce and stir well
  5. Add 1-2 cups of the pasta water and continue to mix well
  6. Add grated mizithra cheese and serve


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 4-6 servings
  • Serve with a Greek village salad (horiatiki)
  • Can be frozen
  • Substitute any pasta of choice
  • Use parmesan or any other hard, sharp cheese
