My Mother's Greek-Style Meatloaf

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with all the herbs, breadcrumbs and egg
  3. Grate onion and garlic and add to ground beef
  4. Mix well and place in 8"x5" greased loaf pan
  5. Place hardboiled eggs in the centre of the meatloaf lengthwise and cover over
  6. Bake @ 375*f for 45-60 minutes


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 6-8 servings
  • Substitute feta cheese for the hardboiled eggs in the centre
  • Can easily be made ahead or frozen
  • Excess rendered fat may need to get drained during cooking
