Pasta In Caviar Cream Sauce

  Ingredients List:

  • 250g buccatini pasta
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tbsp. caviar /  roe / tarama
  • Bunch of parsley
  • 1/4 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Cook pasta do desired doneness
  2. In a large sauce pan, heat garlic in the olive oil
  3. Add cream &  lemon zest and continue to cook for 3 more minutes
  4. Add caviar to sauce and stir until completely combined
  5. Drain and add pasta to cream sauce
  6. Remove from heat, add chopped parsley and stir well

 

Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 2-4 servings
  • Serve immediately
  • Use any pasta of choice
  • Chili flakes optional for added heat
