Quick & Easy Cauliflower Hummus

Ingredients List:
- 1 head cauliflower (4 cups)
- 4 garlic cloves (or less lol)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
- Chop and boil cauliflower until fork tender
- Drain and add to food processor
- Add remaining ingredients and season
- Puree until smooth

Notes & Tips:
- Serve warm or chilled
- Serve with crackers, pita or veggies
- Garnish with either Kalamata olives or parsley
- Drizzle with Greek extra virgin olive oil
- I used 4 cloves of garlic in this recipe. In the even you don't like garlic... 1) Please do not tell me about it. 2) Feel free to use less garlic
