Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Bacon

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat oven to 425°f/220°c
  2. Cut brussels sprouts in half (optional) and place in roasting pan
  3. Cut bacon slices into 1/2" pieces and place in pan
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic and mix well
  5. Spread over pan in an even single layer
  6. Roast for 45-60 minutes


Notes & Tips:
  • Recipe can be halved or doubled
  • Brussels sprouts can also be shredded
  • Can be made ahead and roasted before serving
  • Perfect side for meats, poultry or fish
