Salmon Plaki | Greek Style Baked Salmon Filets

  Ingredients List:

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 cup Greek extra virgin olive oil
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
  2. Place salmon filets skin side down in pan
  3. In a bowl, combine crushed tomatoes, water chopped parsley, chopped garlic and olive oil
  4. Stir well to combine and pour over salmon
  5. Bake uncovered @ 375*f for 45-60 minutes
