Slow Cooker Pulled Pork | Cheat's Recipe

  Ingredients List:

  • 4-6 lbs. pork shoulder
  • 1-1/2 cups generic bbq sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste
 

Method:

  1. Add about 1/2 cup bbq sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker
  2. Cut up pork into smaller cubes and place in slow cooker
  3. Chop onions, carrot, bell pepper and garlic and add to slow cooker
  4. Add the mustard and the remaining bbq sauce
  5. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours

 

Notes & Tips:
  • At the 4 hour point, start to pull pork apart with 2 forks
  • Add optional chili flakes for added heat
