Stuffed Sweet Greek Peppers With Cheese & Bacon

  Ingredients List:



  1. Pre-heat oven to 375*f/180*c
  2. Remove tops of peppers and hollow them out
  3. Cook bacon and cut into thirds
  4. In a food processor add all of the ingredients and work until smooth
  5. Place cheese and bacon filling in a piping bag and fill each pepper until almost at the top 
  6. Place stuffed peppers on a parchment lined baking tray
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until filling has melted and peppers have blistered


Notes & Tips:
  • Makes 12-24 portions
  • Can be easily frozen frozen before or after roasting
  • Cheeses can be substituted for any melting cheese
  • Allow baked stuffed peppers to rest for about 20 minutes before serving
