The Easiest Greek Pita Bread Ever!!!

Ingredients List:
- 750g Greek stirred yogurt
- Equal volume of self rising flour to yogurt
- 2 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- All purpose flour for work surface

Method:
- In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine and mix all ingredients well
- Sprinkle work surface with a/p flour and divide dough into 2" balls
- Roll out dough balls into 1/8" flat circles and cook in a dry pan on medium heat
- Flip when underside is browning

Notes & Tips:
- Makes 8-10 pita breads
- Cook on med-high heat
- Can easily be frozen
- Adjust flour quantity slightly depending on humidity
