Ingredients List:
- 950g strained Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill
- 4 tbsp. Greek extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
- Finely grate cucumber and drain well from excess liquid
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, grated garlic, finely chopped dill, grated cucumber and olive oil
- Season to taste and mix well
